Buying and Ordering
Login to your account on gradedkards.com. From your account, click on Orders. Click the order number. The details of the order are displayed.

During checkout prior to payment. There is a box labeled promo code. Enter the valid code into the text box and it will automatically apply the discount to your total.
Coupon codes or promo codes are a string of letters and numbers that this website generates to give customers a discounted total at checkout. For example, it may look like 'NEWCUSTOMER10.' These codes can expire daily, weekly, or monthly and are not guaranteed to work when entered. They are either advertised on gradedkards.com itself or in an email/chat you received directly from gradedkards.com.

Unfortunately, this is actually a major problem for small sellers and your order will have to be cancelled if you request to change the shipping address. You are strongly encouraged to enter the correct shipping address during checkout. If you did make a mistake, which can happen, you should cancel the order and order the item with the correct shipping information. It is your responsibility to enter the correct personal information.
Payment Methods
Yes, we are powered through Shopify, which is certified Level 1 PCI DSS compliant. This compliance extends by default to all stores powered by Shopify. gradedkards.com has enabled secure connections to ensure that the data you enter remains private and secure. This is achieved using a TLS (Transport Layer Security) certificate, sometimes referred to as an SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) certificate, that encrypts communication between gradedkards.com and external content, and publishes the content securely using HTTPS instead of HTTP.
We accept all major credit/debit cards through Shopify Payments as well as PayPal.
You're welcome to contact us and communicate which method of payment that may be. If it is possible, we can implement it in the future. For the time being, we accept all major credit/debit cards through Shopify Payments as well as PayPal.
During checkout, you may specify to pay with PayPal instead of entering your credit card information. You must have an active PayPal account. During checkout, you will login to your PayPal and go from there. PayPal, et. al. and Shopify have made this process very user-friendly. Your payment is failing because your card is expired, you do not have enough funds, your card issuer is putting a block on the payment or you're using a proxy or VPN. You must contact your bank to resolve this issue.
Shipping and Returns
You can login to your account on gradedkards.com at any time and review your current and past purchases. After your purchase is complete, you will receive an e-mail confirmation from gradedkards.com. You will be provided with a 16 digit number generated from the United States Mail Service. This is a unique number assigned to each package which allows you to monitor the movement of the parcel within the country. Once the shipping slip has been generated, it can take up to 24 hours to be updated on their website. Visit tools.usps.com to track your order and request emails and/or text messages about your item. You can also leave instructions for the carrier on where to leave your parcel if no one is available to accept it. If you don't like to type long numbers, you can track your package by phone by calling 1-800-222-1811 to speak to a customer service representative.
Every order placed on gradedkards.com is processed, packaged, and sent out for delivery with USPS within 24 hours of valid payment.
Typically, you will receive your package within 3 to 5 business days. Once your order is sent out for delivery, it is in the hands of the Postal Service. USPS has acknowledged an issue with sporadic mail delays. Visit usps.com for more information on possible delays or to track your package. If it has been more than 14 days and you have no received your package, contact us or contact your mail carrier to determine the best course of action. Note: please refer to What do I do if I never received my order? listed below.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept exchanges.
Contact us if you need to. It may be possible that the package is still in transit and is not lost or delayed. If your package is missing, you can file a claim directly with the US Mail Service or file a missing mail search request with the US Mail Service or contact the US Mail Service directly at 1-800-275-8777. They know best. Please note that gradedkards.com is not directly responsible for lost or stolen package claims. If the shipping carrier's tracking shows that the shipment has been delivered, gradedkards.com considers the shipment delivered. Once the package is out of our hands, it's impossible to control the fate of the package. The package may have been left at a different location than normal. Check your driveway, mailbox, front lawn and porch. Sometimes, delivery personnel accidentally leave a package at an adjacent apartment or home as well.
In the very rare scenario that a package is damaged beyond repair in transit, you should contact us immediately with your name, e-mail, order details and photos of the damage.

You cannot cancel your order after you have received your shipping information, because your order has already been processed through USPS and/or shipped, which means it's out of our hands and in the clutches of the Postal System.
